Some deets.....

1. Got back on the supplement program. Started at 244.8 on 06/04/2012. Down to 219.7 as of 07/11/2012. Still going. Still learning.


2. Still amazes me that at one point I weighed 316 pounds.

3. The lowest I've gone on this journey was 197 in March of 2011. I'll get there again. And stay.
4. I still love when people talk to me about weight loss and their own experiences because almost always, I feel as if we're weight-loss-soul-sisters (sometimes brothers)! And I love that connection that I get to have with people.
5. Blogging makes me happy, accountable, and I need it more in my life.
6. Found some more awesome weight-loss/fitness resources. Definitely check these girls out.......

7. I am almost positive that my brother and SIL have pretty much told everyone so I can't help but share........I'M GOING TO BE AN AUNT!!! The little baby boy is due in December! Life just does not get better than that! I am positive of that. MUCH more to come about him in the near future!
8. Speaking of babies, my best friends are all pregnant as well! Most recently, little baby Charlotte was born and has made life just a little more precious! ♥
9. Does anything in this world even come close to how amazing and unbelievable it is to meet a new little baby that has been brought into everyones lives???
10. There is so much going on right now in my life and I really hope that I can start to share some new and positive changes sometime soon.  Until then, hope you all have a great rest of the week.

The scale can only give you a numerical reflection of your relationship with gravity. That's it.
It cannot measure beauty, talent, purpose, life force, possibility, strength, or love.

  3. That is awesome! How did you get back on track? What program are you following?

    1. It's a protein supplement program that I follow through a weight management Dr in my home town. It's called the Protein Sparing Modified Fast. Definitely not for everyone but worked (works) for me.
      I started in November 2009, lost 100+ pounds, went back to old habits, gained back 40, and decided to start back again about a month ago. So down to 220 now and would like to see 180 or 175 on the scale.

  4. Congrats! You are so good! Babies do make everything seem a little easier to handle :) Love the quote at the end - so true! I stopped weighing myself for a while cause the scale and I were not friends ... but that only gave me an excuse to eat more, so now I am trying to get back on track!!
